You can ask for a credit limit to be placed on your account so that your spend will never get out of control and you’ll never get a bill that you can’t afford.

Call barring for unwanted calls

You can request certain types of calls to be barred on your service, such as 1300/13, local calls, national calls or calls to mobiles.

If you’ve set a credit limit you can also request all outgoing calls to be barred once the limit is reached.
